We built a pavilion and outdoor kitchen in Royal Oak! In this short read, we share behind-the-scenes information about this backyard transformation.
2D/3D Landscape Design
We started this project with a 2D and 3D design to get confident about the end result. We recommend every homeowner get a design in order to be certain about what they would like their backyard to look before it’s installed.
This is the first draft! After the first two or three edits, we were able to recognize what they’d like most and started to move forward with it.
Outdoor Kitchen Royal Oak
We built a 12×14 Pavilion and attached an outdoor kitchen below it! It’s really a sweet space that’s fun to use. All it’s missing is a TV for college football season and family gatherings. For the outdoor kitchen, we used a cultured stone that was a complimentary choice to the tan pavers.
The grill is from Blaze Grills. They sell a large variety of outdoor living space appliances and handheld tools. The special thing about this grill is that the knobs turn colors at night and the inside of the grill has several very nice lights too.
