What can I expect throughout the landscaping process?
What you can expect throughout the process is that we will begin with an on-site design visit. The majority of our projects require 2D/3-D designs to get you familiar with your dream outdoor space. In the design phase, we do several iterations to arrive at a design that you are confident about. After designing we will be able to work up an agreement that matches the design. Will provide you with options ranging from a simple backyard to a feature-loaded oasis. Once we’ve agreed on the scope of work for your project, we will book you into the schedule and collect a deposit. This deposit will lock in your space in our schedule for the current or following season. When we arrive on site we will begin by having 811 out to mark all utilities to ensure that none are hit during the process.
How will you help me stay within budget?
We will help you stay close to your budget by providing several options to pick from. It’s likely we will have some changes that take place throughout the process– – whether they are requested by you personally or a matter of a completely unknown condition it’s a common occurrence.
Tell me how we will communicate…
There will be several lines of communication throughout the entire process. You’ll communicate with the project manager and our leadership team to discuss and notify you of important changes/details. Each week you’ll receive updates that explain what’s been done and items that need to be completed in the near future. We’ll have our foreman at your home on a daily basis to ask immediate questions about activity on your build.

What will my backyard look like during construction?
Your backyard will look under construction during the project. We are known for our cleanliness, however, we cannot avoid dirt, mud, debris, and much more on your property for the time that we are there installing the landscaping. We will throw away trash weekly and do everything in our power to maintain cleanliness.
